Research
During my research I will focus on the mechanistic consequences of alloying on Cobalt catalysts for CO/CO2 hydrogenation and I will attempt to identify trends in the alloys that may serve as a predictor for the efficiency of novel bi/trimetallic catalyst for CO/CO2 hydrogenation. To achieve this, we will use both ab-initio simulation methods and spectroscopic techniques, such as vibrational, electronic, microscopic and synchrotron-based methods.
