Research

Research

I conduct research through design to discover how we can educate sustainability changemakers. Chemistry has the potential to play a major role in interdisciplinary solutions to the complex problems regarding the Sustainable Development Goals. To enable (future) professionals to contribute to sustainable development, a transdisciplinary approach in science and education is needed, because no scientific discipline nor one organization is equipped to tackle our global challenges by itself. I design and facilitate transdisciplinary learning experiences and investigate the learning outcomes and the aspects that led to them.
